Scott Grants

Scott Grants are administered by the club from a bequest by late member Jim Scott and his wife Betty Scott.  These grants, which range up to $20,000 are restricted to serving the educational and recreational needs of children 13 years of age and under in Haywood County, NC. Applications for Scott Grants consist of a two-page Executive Summary of the proposed project and a short budget. The Grants Committee reviews the applications and selects a short-list. Applicants on the short list make an oral presentation to the Board to determine the awardees.
